Each doormat is hand-painted with care by our shop’s creator Tanushka—a dedicated mom and wife to her beautiful daughter and husband. Her love of art began at five years old when she began oil painting.

She enjoys putting a personalized touch on everything she does, whether it be home decor, a dinner party, or a floral arrangement.

When her husband and her purchased their first home, she wanted to make a personalized doormat to welcome her family and friends. As a busy mom with a full-time job and four special rescue dogs, it was hard to find time to start her doormat business until covid.

In October 2020, at the height of the second wave, she had lots of free time. She took a chance and ordered one hundred doormats and started and Instagram page. Less than one month later, she was sold out! Her dream was now a reality.

Her mission is to make you smile when you come home at the end of a long day. And for your guests to have a good laugh before entering your home.
